A Half-Dragon of Wintenberg seeking vengeance, Luna is the half-sister of Yufine, although unlike her she relishes in killing as many humans as possible. She is the final antagonist of the Halloween Manor side story and a major antagonist in Episode 3, Hymn of a Wailing Tundra.
Hero Background[]
Her full name is Luna Bianca , a half-dragon born to a human father and dragon mother. Half-sister to Yufine, with whom she shares the same mother. Though at first ostracized among humans for the dragon blood flowing in her veins, following the peace established between the ruler of Wintenberg and a faction of dragons, as well as the subsequent appointment of half-dragons to the position of knight, the frequency of discrimination decreased. Luna pledged her allegiance to the royal family of Wintenberg for accepting her and acknowledging her as a member of society, reason enough to even reject an invitation to Straze's Army. She believed that if the evil groups that massacred humans and the dragons that instigated hate towards humans among the dragon society were eliminated, everyone could one day live together in harmony.

Story [The Half-Dragon Knight][]
In the midst of the ever ongoing war between Wintenberg and the dragons, an unknown "Pitch-Black Knight" of incredible strength in black armor and his soldiers suddenly appear and begin attacking both, Wintenberg and the dragons. Facing a common enemy, Queen Francesca of Wintenberg forms an alliance with some of the dragons, allowing those who are amicable toward humans into the kingdom, strengthening the military power. Queen Francesca further promotes peace between the two races by permitting half-dragons to become knights, like Luna. However, there were still a great number of dragons who still resented humans, most being led by the dragon Ragnar, which causes the war against dragons to remain active during these events.
When the Black Knight begins to make his move, Cecilia and her forces attempt to stop him, but were too weak to achieve this. Defeat is on the horizon until Queen Francesca arrives and fights on equal footing with the Black Knight. Both Francesca and the Black Knight are able to significantly hurt the other, both armies suffer great losses, the long battle ends in neither victory nor defeat. Now left with countless injured soldiers and weapons broken beyond repair, Cecilia and Luna worry for the future of the dragon war, but are assured by Queen Francesca that she has a plan. Hearing Francesca's confidence, Luna is comforted.
Not long after, Luna heads into the valleys on the hunt for Ragnar. Ragnar attempts to convince Luna that she is being deceived and that she will regret aiding the humans, but Luna rejects his advise which forces them into a fight. Luna returns from the confrontation with Ragnar to a panicked Yufine who cannot find their mother or any other dragons. Queen Francesca informs them that the dragons turned tail and fled to the valleys when they saw that the situation was hopeless. Luna finds it hard to believe that her mother would betray the humans and, furthermore, that she would abandon Yufine.
The next morning, Luna awakes to find that Yufine has disappeared. Wondering if Yufine had set off in search of her parents, Luna makes her way to the valleys. She eventually finds Yufine in tears, holding onto the bloody corpse of their mother. While the sisters try to make sense of what happened, they are approached by Ragnar, who explains that their mother was killed by none other than Queen Francesca. When Luna seems willing to listen, Ragnar relates the history of Wintenberg and the reason that dragons and human can never be in harmony.
*Flashback*
The land where Wintenberg stands once belonged to the dragons. One day, a group of humans came and begged the dragons to let them settle on the land. They offered a portion of the livestock they raised as payment. Seeing that the humans might probably not pose any threats , and the opportunity to have more interactions with another intelligent species, the dragons welcomed the humans. Neighboring nations did not invade Wintenberg in fear of the dragons' protection for centuries, which allowed Winterberg to prosper and grow.
However, the livestock given to the dragons were being poisoned, making the dragons grow weak, the humans slayed the dragon lord, Uberius, taking his eyes, claws, and scales to create weapons and armor. The Uberius's Tooth and Uberius's Claw were strong enough that they could pierce the thick scales of the strongest dragons , thus the humans began to hunt the dragons, creating stronger weapons. Eventually, the dragons were chased out of Wintenberg and into the valleys. When the dragons began fighting back, they were painted as evil creatures to be exterminated.
*End Flashback*
Ragnar concludes that Queen Francesca, caught between a war with both dragons and the Black Knight, saw that she needed to strengthen her army and reached out to friendly dragons, accepting the ostracized half-dragons into her ranks. But when countless tools and weapons were destroyed following the fight with the Black Knight, leaving Wintenberg defenseless, her decision was not to integrate the dragons into her army, but instead to create new weapons from their bodies. Thus, Queen Francesca did as her ancestors did and betrayed the dragons' goodwill. Luna resolves to avenge her mother's death by "tearing apart the body of the hateful queen". After a long period of preparation, Luna succeeds in her revenge and remains undetected. Some time later, when Luna, Cecilia, Rose, and Nemunas are hunting down Lucius, one of Ragnar's underlings, Luna suggest they split up to cover more ground. Left alone with Cecilia, Luna leads her to the edge of a cliff to complete her revenge. Yufine attempts to stop Luna, but is too late and as Cecilia falls, Rose and Nemunas rush in to confront Luna. After defeating the two, Yufine tries again to dissuade Luna from revenge, but in their struggle Yufine missteps and tumbles off the cliff following Cecilia, Rose, and Nemunas.
As they disappear into the infinite white below Luna recalls old legends of portals to the unknown(Chaos Gates) and holds onto one final hope that somehow they were transported to a world where this history of hate could not reach them.
That they would forget everything, and never return.

Trivia[]
-Her spear's name is the "Uberius's Tooth", however, in her Skill's 3 animation, she'll say "Spear of Ragnar" instead, which might imply that it is a technique she learnt from the dragon Ragnar.
-Luna is strong to the point where Straze wanted to recruit her, but she declined the offer.
- Luna seems to have a high affinity towards Good seeing that in Labyrinth Camps, when Kayron uses his Myth line, he says "We Acolytes are born of the evil in this world, as long we the world continues to exist, so do we", Luna loses morale.
