Phantasmas are Heroes mostly used for Hero Promotion. They can be obtained through the Forest of Souls, in Events and Adventure. Their passive, Phantasma Seeds, makes them be fully leveled up when you get them, allowing the player to promote Phantasmas and use them in another promotion.
